Jason Keith

Jason ensures that Keith Law, PLLC remains focused on helping businesses guard their competitive advantages through trade secret counseling and protection, trademark registration and maintenance, and reputation protection. 

Licensed to practice law in 2005, Jason formed Keith Law following eleven years of representing businesses with one of the most established law firms in Clear Lake, Texas.  Over a decade of representing businesses in lawsuits that could have been avoided, shortened, or strengthened with earlier or more thorough competitive advantage counselling and protection inspired Jason Keith to create Keith Law, PLLC to do just that.

Keith Law often assists its clients as outside counsel for their business disputes, contract negotiations and revisions, and commercial collections.
